Bronze Level Preventative Maintenance Program

A certified technician from Innovative Generator Service will arrive anytime in the planned service month, during the hours of 8AM-5PM to perform the major preventative maintenance service. You authorize Innovative Generator Service to arrive without a scheduled appointment and agree that the automatic transfer switch will be tested if accessible. Service on the generator will be performed and a service report will be provided. You will be invoiced for the trip’s contracted amount as outlined in your PM agreement.

Silver Level Preventative Maintenance Program

Innovative Generator Service will contact you to schedule a two hour window for one of our service technicians to arrive and perform the preventative maintenance on your generator. Innovative Generator Service will perform the major preventative maintenance on the generator and test the transfer switch if accessible. A service report will be provided and you will be billed for the trip’s contracted amount as outlined in your PM agreement.

Gold Level Preventative Maintenance Program

Receive the bronze level maintenance as well as the minor preventative service due 6 months after the major service is completed. You authorize Innovative Generator Service to arrive without a scheduled appointment and agree that the automatic transfer switch will be tested if accessible. Service on the generator will be performed and a service report will be provided. You will be invoiced for the trip’s contracted amount as outlined in your PM agreement.

Platinum Level Preventative Maintenance Program

A representative will contact you to schedule a two hour window for one of our service technicians to arrive and perform the preventative maintenance on the generator. Innovative Generator Service will perform the major and minor preventative maintenance on the generator and test the transfer switch if accessible. A service report will be provided and you will be billed for the trip’s contracted amount as outlined in your PM agreement.
